Abstract
It is shown that inter connection between the scales characterizing the quantitative features and the scales determining the qualitative features of complex objects can be revealed by means of enumeration functions establishing the mutually univocal correspondence of nonnegative integer number and multidimensional vector with nonnegative integer components.

Abstract
The description of measurement and calibration installation for high-precision non-contact optical control based on Fizeau wide-field interferometry is presented. The unit is designed to control the flatness error of precision optical surfaces. The software allowing to restore the shape of the optical part by interferograms analysis is considered.

Abstract
The high-precision laser optical-electronic instruments with auto-adjustment systems ensuring the high accuracies of angle adjustment of their transceiver channels axes are considered. The design procedure for high precision parallel transfer device based on two pairs of pentaprizms needed for ensuring of this system operation was studied. The influence of the system of measurement of angle coordinates of radiation beam on instruments operating stability is considered. The detailed analysis of probability of signal loss due to the vibration influence on the system is presented.

Abstract
A new type of sensors with Pd-Si3N4-SiO2-Si structure operating at temperatures 6 – 50 ºC is manufactured. On its basis the prototype of gas analyzer for hydrogen concentrations measurements in the range 0,2 – 4 % is developed. The absence of heating element on the sensor allowed to decrease the power consumption from 1,6 to 0,1 W.
