Abstract
Using a comprehensive statistical simulation model, two methods of verification were analyzed - rejection and graduation. The dependences of the maximum allowable instability of metrological characteristics on the measurements and the limits of measurement error of the standard, as well as on the verification methods and the option of conformity assessment are obtained. It is proposed, when choosing the method of verification of measuring instruments, to use the dependence of the instability of their metrological characteristics on the margin of error for various methods of verification and confirmation of compliance.

Abstract
When substantiating the method of fast selection of the bandwidth of kernel probability density estimates, a constant was found that is a functional of the second density derivative. In this paper, the obtained result is generalized to derivatives of symmetric probability densities of different orders. The functional dependences of the constants under study on the coefficient of antikurtosis of a random variable are established. The regularities peculiar to them are investigated. Based on the results obtained, a method for estimating functionals from derived probability densities has been developed, which involves the following actions. In the original sample estimated standard deviation of the one-dimensional random variables and the coefficient of antikurtosis. Using the reconstructed functional dependences on the antikurtosis coefficient, the constants are estimated, which are functionals of the derivatives of the probability density. With known estimates of the standard deviation of the investigated random variable and the considered constant, the values of the functional from the derivative of the probability density of the selected order are calculated. The obtained results are confirmed by the analysis of the data of computational experiments. It is established that with increasing order of the derivative, the values of the estimates of the studied functionals increase. This fact is explained by the complication of the integrand function in the considered functionals. The proposed method provides objective results for the first three derivatives of the probability density of a random variable. The obtained conclusions are confirmed by the results of the confidence estimation of the investigated functionals.

Abstract
The analysis of the relevance of the use of measurement methods based on obtaining visual data. The main problems that arise in automated image analysis systems in calculating the uncertainty of estimates of quantitative characteristics of images are identified. Since modern methods of collecting and transforming visual data are characterized by great diversity, at the moment there are no general recommendations for calculating the uncertainty of estimates of their geometric and brightness parameters. The article is devoted to the development of a method for calculating uncertainty in evaluating the detailed coefficients of the wavelet transform, which is used in the automated analysis of images of gas-discharge radiation of water. The method based on recording gas-discharge radiation of water samples in an external pulsed electromagnetic field was chosen to study the biological properties of water, since the formation of a gas discharge in the air gap between conductors directly depends on the presence of free charge carriers that can be simulated from the surface of the object under study. The number of free charge carriers determines the biological properties of water, since they affect the ability of drinking water to provide metabolic processes in living organisms by maintaining the normal course of redox reactions at the cellular level. To assess the biological properties of water and highlight the corresponding informative features of gas-discharge images, it is proposed to use the method of one-dimensional wavelet transform of the brightness profile. A method for calculating the uncertainty in evaluating the detailed coefficients of the wavelet transform is considered. The proposed method for calculating the uncertainty is based on the results of repeated observations and allows us to estimate the uncertainty of the measurement results presented in the form of quantitative signs of images.

Abstract
Existing methods of metrological self-monitoring of measuring sensors for temperature and pressure of technological industries are considered. The analysis of methods of metrological self-checking of strain gauge pressure sensors is carried out. Method is proposed based on measuring the supply voltage and voltage on the measuring diagonal of the bridge. The temperature of the strain gauge bridge is determined using a semiconductor thermistor installed near the bridge. This allows you to adjust the measured value of the total resistance of the bridge from the temperature of the bridge. With aging and exposure to external conditions, a change in the overall resistance of the bridge can be used to judge the error of the sensor. An experimental sample of the sensor was made. The failure of the strain gage bridge is simulated by parallel connection of an additional resistor to one of the shoulders of the bridge. Experimental studies have shown that modern technical means make it possible to assess the effect of changes in the total bridge resistance on the sensor error.
