Abstract
The original approach to implementation of calibration of instruments for spatial surfaces geometry measurements using the existing digital telecommunication networks based on receiving of the real control sample is presented. The estimation of accuracy of model identification with real control sample is carried out. The procedure of proposed approach realization is described and the possibility and utility of virtual models creation for calibration works are analysed.

Abstract
The nonlinearity of capacity sensors along the Z -axis of atomic force microscope was studied using test structures with relief elements of a height of 300 – 1200 nm. The dependence of height measurements results from tubular piezo-scanner displacement value is established in the range of 10 – 90 % of maximum displacement. It was revealed that the nonlinearity of capacity displacement sensors is 1,5 – 3 % normal to the investigated surface direction.

Abstract
The definitive uncertainty factors of colour in the software and hardware environments are considered and the review of regulatory and procedural assurance in relation to measuring circuit elements (primary and secondary radiation sources, photodetectors, color models, graphic data mapping conditions) is carried out. The basic directions of standardization development in high resolution colorimetry as in the interdisciplinary field were sorted out. A method of dynamic range expansion for two-dimensional colorimetric measurements allowing to improve the results reliability was suggested.

Abstract
The features of application of nondestructive control of thickness of coatings are considered. The possibilities of known methods of thickness measurement are compared and the comparative analysis of thickness control methods is carried out. On the example of methods of nonmagnetic thickness control the most profitable method is determined.
