Abstract
Аn original approach to optimize the accuracy of measurement tools used in scientific research are presented. Optimization is based on minimizing diagnostic errors and priori information about distribution laws of measurable parameters.

Abstract
The algorithms to determine the parameters of an optimal plan of experimental assessment of quality of homogeneous production batch the algorithm to determine the interval boundary [0, x2], where the Gaussian operating characteristic function turns to zero are presented. It means that the batch with the defective level exceeding the reassigned values will not get to consumer.

Abstract
The relationship of interpretation of the ultrasonic control results with the model representations the object under control and accuracy characteristics of instruments with phased antenna arrays - is shown. The experimental data confirming the influence of interpretation model on the confidence of control is presented.

Abstract
Measurements of every biosystem biomechanical activity (and not only in biomechanics) must calculate the real superposition of voluntary act (there are some purposes and its realization) and the chaotic part of the movement. The last case we cannot realize the biomechanical movement voluntary. The chaos lay down the foundation of every parameter of the movement like parameter of quasiattractor. We prove that parameters of quasiattractors has great information. The article presents some concrete examples of chaos parameter calculation in medicine. The diagnostic results were presented too.

Abstract
The results of research and development of active remote analyzer of methane combined with the rangefinder - are presented. It is shown that the device allows to measure the concentration of methane including from aircrafts with the accuracy of gas/molecules units per million of air molecules.
