Abstract
The basic tasks of development of complex for immunoassay systems metrological characteristics determination including precision factor analysis are formulated. The type of the used measuring instruments was approved and the procedures allowing to lay the foundations of getting the quantitative results of chromatographic methods of immune analyses were worked out.

Abstract
The principle of operation of immunochromatographic test-systems is considered. it is noted that by means of these systems the immune analysis is carried out in the form of direct dependence of test-stripes luminescence from the analysed substance concentration or as a competitive method with inverse dependence. The experimental procedure for getting of these dependences needed for plotting the calibration curves is described. The exponential expressions for analytical description of these curves are suggested while the coefficients of these curves were determined by least-squares method. The analysis of the errors of this method for receiving the analysis quantitative results is presented.

Abstract
The results of measurement the quantum dots characteristics obtained by transmission electron microscopy, atomic-force microscopy and dynamic light scattering are presented. The principle of operation of specialized microanalyzer “REFLECOM-F” is considered. The intensities of fluorescence of test-strips with use of quantum dots were calculated and used for plotting of calibration curves and determination of their characteristics.

Abstract
The procedure of determination of linear sizes, crystallinity and chemical composition of iron, cerium and titanium oxides nanoparticles in biological tissues by transmission electron microscopy is described. The method for estimation of nanoparticle size measurement error by means of transmission electron microscope is suggested
