Abstract
In the paper the problems, arising during the organization of production of integrated circuits. The management and control subsystem of the production process of test integrated circuits parties for further organization of mass production is developed. The proposals for use of the module of process optimization of technological processes are given. This module conducts construction of a mathematical model for the production of integrated circuits based on cause-and-effect relationships between parameters of the quality elements.

Abstract
The mathematical model for calculation of the relative measurement errors of the volumetric heat capacity and thermal diffusivity of heat-insulating materials by method of linear pulsed heat source was developed. The procedures of the selection of optimal conditions for experimental data processing, of the basic structural size of the measuring device, and of optimum duration of the heat pulse were created.

Abstract
Heat exchange process in ground heat exchangers used for geothermal heat pumps was investigated. Using the research facility created by the authors the regularities of temperature distribution in the U - shaped ground heat exchanger were determined experimentally.

Abstract
The influence of the thermophysical characteristics of the material of the soldering rod on its thermal characteristics. The corresponding analytical dependence. Mapped: the decline of temperature during the soldering and heating time soldering after soldering rods made of different materials. On the basis of the conducted research the conclusion about the inappropriateness of the replacement of copper for silver soldering rods.

Abstract
The method of adequate measuring S -parameters of transistors with their specified operating characteristics is proposed. The procedures of sequent normalization of S -parameters as regards the wave resistance of calculated microstrip matched calibrator used for additional calibration of the simulator-analyzer, and of measuring of complex reflection and transmission coefficients of the transistor, and of measuring complex reflection coefficients of transistor’s matching circuits. The block diagram and a mathematical model of simulator-analyzer are adduced.

Abstract
The rapid expansion of analytical instruments for carbon isotope-ratio analysis of gaseous, liquid and solid substances is impossible without the development of new reference materials traceable to international VPDB measurement standard. The new reference materials are the isotope gas mixtures.The article reviews the features of the isotopic reference materials as well as the basic requirements for their certification.

Abstract
In article the block diagram and the principle of action of a new measuring complex for the determination of temperature and humidity of fibrous materials and disperse environments based on dependence of dielectric characteristics of materials on their moisture content is described. The experimental results showing electro physical characteristics of cotton materials are presented.
