Abstract
The expressions connecting the crack resistence power characteristic with the conventional mechanical characteristics at dynamic indentation are presented with control procedure at the stage preceding the destruction of material. The experimental results for isotropic pyrographite graphite confirming the reliability of the method and the possibility of its use at non-destructive testing of graphitized carbon materials are obtained.

Abstract
The principles of assessment of compensation error of background noise interference on results of radio brightness temperature measurement in the radio heat location systems of meteoparameters control are considered at formation of compensation signal on the exit of additional antenna channel with a special form of the polar pattern. The results of a numerical assessment of measurements error at using the two-channel dual mode antenna - are presented.
