Abstract
The sufficiently accurate method of the total measurement error determination (with accuracy - more than 1%), using a easier calculation compared with the GOST 8.207-76 method, is offered. A special feature of the proposed method is the possibility to determine the total error for random quantities, distributed according to unknown law.

Abstract
The two only possible ways of extremal selection of table data, including the data used in measurement devices are considered. One of them is the selection of closest lowest table entry, the other is the selection of closest highest table entry in relation to the one predicted, and the table itself is regarded as an elementary Dedekind structure. The results of selection are interpreted as «top» and «bottom» respectively, which have been known in discrete mathematics for long time and have now their own computer symbols. As an example such extremal selection is carried out at integral-valued accuracy optimization of measurement device consisting of sensor and normalizing amplifier.

Abstract
The mathematical model of measurement control process of elastic element of construction material degradation, exemplified on linear oscillator with variable factor of internal tough friction, is created. The parameters of construction materials control is done in a real time mode by deviation measurement of oscillator freedom fluctuations period.

Abstract
The method and apparatus for calibration of multispectral medical HCL (hollow cathode lamp) using a scanning spectrophotometer has been developed. The optical system, the structure of the device has been described. Data processing algorithms, software structure and testing methods of metrological characteristics has been characterized. The chain of traceability from the calibrated HCL to the State primary standard of spectral density of radiance has been founded. Measuring results of mono-and multi HCL has been presented.

Abstract
The construction version of automated radiomeasuring complex for radiocommunication parameters measurements, based on PXI and VXI standards are presented. The characteristics comparison of these complexes is carried out and the advantages of complex based on PXI standard are revealed.
