Abstract
In work the experiment planning method providing the demanded reliability of result is offered. The method allows to choose on the basis of aprioristic information on laws of distribution of the measured parameters measuring instruments with the set characteristics providing minimization of a mistake at recognition of signals.

Abstract
A method of mass and deformation measurement based on measurement of the oscillator frequency, depending on resistance-strain sensor parameters, is considered. The latters are disposed in check points of the object under study and connected with external capacitors of phasing RC-circuit; together with the amplifier it forms the oscillator. The averaged oscillator signal through the functional frequency-code converter is applied to digital indicator. The calculation algorithm of transform function of phasing circuits with random number of elements is proposed. The calculation formulas forquasiresonance frequencies with use of unlimited number of resistance strain sensors, are presented.

Abstract
The pulse broadband velocity meter surface acoustic waves velocity meter for diagnostics of residual mechanical stresses of products is described. The meter output signal is taken from the inductor of electromagnetic-acoustic receiver, designed as two direct thin parallel conductors, located at a close distance from each other. The new procedure of measurement of time interval between two acoustic pulses is suggested.

Abstract
The methodological aspects of realization of classical models of O. Frank and S. Roston elastic tanks during design of installations for verification of blood pressure and heart rate measuring instruments are considered. On the basis of theoretical and experimental research results error of blood pressure measurement during use of these models in measuring modules of verification installations is estimated.

Abstract
The erythrocyte morphology has been studied using scanning electron microscopy on patients with hematuria. A method of investigation of cells and uncoated nanoparticles of conductive coatings has been developed. There have been found nano-sized particles on the RBC surfaces, and dismorphyc erythrocytes and “crystals” at Ig-A-nephropathy and nephrotic syndrome.
