The comparative analysis and improvement of high-speed algorithms of numbers division from positions of receipt of limiting optimal time relationships of calculations, accuracy characteristics and hardware-software costs is carried out. For ratio measuring systems the formation from 1 to 24 and more significant binary digits of results in formats of operands representation with fixed or floating point is provided.

The principle of operation, advantages and disadvantages of resonator sensors are considered. The method of correction of additional errors of resonator sensors is suggested. An experimental study of the proposed method on the string resonator sensors of linear displacements is carried out.

Measurement problems are considered in the transition to maintenance of high-voltage (more than 1 kV) electrical networks by state.For a wide range of such problems is proposed to use passive measurement schemes based on voltage dividers with complex impedance, have developed for testing of high-voltage transformers.
