Abstract
The optoelectronic converter of movements in a time interval with differential way of compensation of errors of the single-channel raster modulator arising because of not stability of dark tension of a photodetector and level of tension of a source of constant tension is considered.

Abstract
It is shown that the composition of secondary X-ray radiation spectra received in X-ray fluorescence capillary optics spectrometers contains the peaks caused by the diffraction of continuous primary spectrum on the sample substance. These peaks can be a source of systematic errors at quantitative analysis and a reason of false determination of elements at qualitative analysis.

Abstract
Methodology is developed, and hardware and software measuring complex is fabricated for the investigation and metrological certification of electron components, and intellectual system for controlling and accounting of energy consumption (ISCE). This complex permits also certification of methodologies, and hardware and software used for the individual accounting of heat energy, cold and hot water consumption. Carried investigations and comparative analysis of the results of heat energy measurements by precise heat meter and ISCE showed that maximum data difference does not exceed 0,5 %.

Abstract
The study of the existing data from engineering site investigations has shown that a partial empirical relationship exists between the wave characteristics (propagation velocity and attenuation of ground-penetrating radar signals) and the theoretical estimates of effective volumetric heat capacity for frozen sandy silts in Yakutsk. This suggests that the GPR method can be used to predict from the probabilistic mathematical models the effective volumetric heat capacity of frozen sandy silts, and presumably the other thermal properties of all frozen soil types encountered in central Yakutia.
