Abstract
The reported CMOS microsystem with digital output is a key element for accurate magnetic measurements. The integrated system includes a magnetic microsensor - double collector lateral bipolar magnetotransistor and signal conditioning CMOS circuitry. The imbalance in collector currents is compensated for by the change of resistance of the collector load in the control circuit of a «И-ladder». The chip is fabricated in a generic 2 µm CMOS process.
