Abstract
The software implementation of speech signals recognition algorithm in the graphical programming environment LabView is discribed. The stages of work and functional implementation of the algorithm are considered in detail. The results of algorithm testing and analysis of sounds, words, phrases, recognition accuracy and the speaker-independence using the developed speech signals database are presented.

Abstract
The schematic solution of single-channel standard calorimetric system for reproduction of the optical radiation average power unit in fiber-optical communication systems is considered. The algorithms for the processes of reproduction of average power unit and the transfer of this unit to verified photoelectrical and calorimetric working standards are proposed.

Abstract
A procedure of experimental data prococessing for determination of the fields of heat transfer distribution coefficients on surfaces covered with regular relief at any temperature gradient and the shapes of surface is suggested. It is shown that in during the local and mean integral characteristics of plain (and similar) surfaces the semi-infinite one-dimensional body model is applicable. However, in areas of significant temperature gradients and especially for curvilinear surfaces, this model gives too low values of heat transfer coefficient.

Abstract
The problems of the blood diseases diagnostics are considered, the analysis of the existing blood parameters measuring methods is carried out. A new approach to realization of screening studies based on image registration of gas-discharge radiation of blood drops in the electromagnetic field was proposed. In order to increase the authenticity of diagnostic solutions in analyzing the results of experimental data, a method of automated computer image processing of blood radiation is also suggested. The method is based on formation of the pixel brightness histogram and indudes the median value estimation in ranges of brightness and the procedures of fuzzy cluster analysis «fuzzy c-means».
