Abstract
The authors propose a position-binary technology for processing signals of the load due to the weight of the rod string on the suspension of the sucker rod pumping unit. The method is applicable for identifying the technical condition of sucker rod pumping units. An algorithm for identifying the technical condition of such units is developed. The implementation of the developed algorithm on a real-life object using a remote system confirmed the increased reliability of automated diagnostics.

Abstract
In this paper, we consider a circuit-based solution for a flow-through measurement of the average radiation power of fiber lasers at levels up to 3-4 kW and a density of up to several 3 kW/cm2. The meter does not require the use of complex water treatment systems and the use in the meter of means of absolute flow and water temperature measurements at the inlet and outlet of the meter, as well as the parameters of the electric current and voltage when it is electrically calibrated.

Abstract
The feasibility of assessing the validity of calibration results in the development of new methods of calibration and comparison with existing methods substantiates. The reliability of calibration of infrared thermometers TESTO 830 and Sight when you used different standards of precision was evaluated. The results obtained by simulation (Monte Carlo). Selection of test points in the measurement range of the infrared thermometers discussed. The study was conducted on the basis of materials of calibration in FBU «Novosibirskiy CSM». The proposed methodology can be used in the analysis of existing and development of new methods of calibration of measuring instruments.

Abstract
The capacitive sensor for high-voltage pulses amplitude and time parameters measurements in the range 5 to 300 kV is developed. The sensor rise time is 1,5 ns, time constant is 170 μs. The 2,9 % standard uncertainty of measurements by sensor is obtained in result of calibration.
