Abstract
Design and analysis technique of black body calibration source quasi-optically coupled to detector antenna at millimeter and submillimeter wavelength is described. The method is applied to analysis and parameters optimization of a cryogenic temperature swept black body for calibration of a novel TES bolometer detector coupled into integrated immersion lens antenna of 200-300 GHz band.

Abstract
We have received the expressions for assessing the statistical error of measuring the power of equivalent noise current and voltage generators on the terminal of the active four-terminal network by the duplicate method, at which the procedure of measuring the amplification coefficient is excluded. It is demonstrated that when using the method of duplication, besides simplification of the measurement procedure there can an also advantage in precision in measuring mentioned noise parameters.

Abstract
In this article two questions about metrological assurance of product on the production stage were viewed, they include following problems: minimization of controlled variables of product and optimization of requirements for measurements accuracy by criterion of minimum costs. Two examples for problems solving were given.
