Abstract
The metrological specifics of micromechanical instruments (sensors of angular speed and accelerometers) are determined. It is shown that requirements to their metrological characteristics significantly depend on solved tasks. The highest demands are made during the operation of sensors as a part of inertial modules when reduction of errors to results of measurements includes integration operations. For these appendices approaches to rationing of increasing errors after integration are formulated.

Abstract
The algorithm of imitational investigation of thermophysical properties measurement errors was developed. The algorithm is based on using the mathematical model of temperature field in the flat sample under study. The experimental data processing method is considered. The recommendation for choosing the optimal conditions for this procedure realization were formulated.
