Abstract
Experimental verification of the adaptive theory for recognition and robust estimation of informative components within the preset (defined) vector parameters estimated of ill-conditioned inverse problem for measurement information processing were provided. Experiment is based on numerical modelling of coordinate transformation parameters determination from the local satellite geodetic networks reference points to the state reference frame using decomposed model. Result of the experiment shows the advantages of Helmert’s decomposed model and the adaptive algorithm of regularization for robust estimation of informative transformation parameters over the original model developed by Helmert.

Abstract
An optoelectronic dust meter is proposed, whose work is based on the method of fluctuations. The scheme of the proposed device allows to significantly reduce the error of continuous measurement of dust concentration, as well as to determine the average size of dust particles in the medium under study, on the basis of which to predict the occurrence of occupational diseases.

Abstract
The criteria for estimating the operable state of an asynchronous electric motor, determining the degree of its degradation wear, predicting failure-free operation, and the moment of an emergency failure according to the parameters of the run-out mode when power is off are proposed. The results of the study of the possibility of using the run-out mode of asynchronous electric motors for the diagnosis of degradation changes during operation are presented. A probabilistic and statistical analysis of the reliability and accuracy of the forecast indicators is performed, the calculated ratios for estimating the levels of measurement errors and predictions are given.
