Рассмотрен принцип работы специализированного микроанализатора «РЕФЛЕКОМ-Ф». Рассчитанные интенсивности флуоресценции тест-полосок с пррименением квантовых точек для построения калибровочных кривых и определения их характеристик.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of measurement the quantum dots characteristics obtained by transmission electron microscopy, atomic-force microscopy and dynamic light scattering are presented. The principle of operation of specialized microanalyzer “REFLECOM-F” is considered.
